On somebody and someone

Is being somebody, is as good as being someone? Someone has some sort of body because one cannot live without some sort of body, but does some body has a one(1) of some sort? Consequently my english childhood when i said 'i want to be somebody' is false and deceptive. The proper say is 'i want to be someone'.

(1) One used as roughly said 'a person', an attribute of a person is personhood which is only one in the whole universe for each person.
