What is Empire?

"I AM", "YOU ARE". Why? Simple, as I, you too give command (see oxford dictionary). As much as a sovereing state or monarch or oligarchy. Let us say that "YOU" are a monarch as much as "I AM". You give commands to your body as much as yourself. Meaning the EMPEROR is "YOU" or "ME", but within it. You like candy? You love eating sweets? Meanwhile somewhere you know it is unhealthy and give "YOURSELF" a command not to eat sweets, whos the EMPEROR now?
